Care tips:

Mohair, by itself, needs to be taken care of during washing. However, since we blended this exquisite material to help with every day wear and life, we recommend that you machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay it flat to dry.

About the fabric:

Mohair is not like regular wool. The fibers are soft and not scratchy to the touch. This beautiful fabric is produced by the Angora goat. The other popular fiber from goats is cashmere. Oddly enough, we have chosen the fabric because of the temperaments between these two types of goats. The Angora goats are relaxed and docile, while the Spanish (cashmere) goats are temperamental. We hope that you will enjoy this fabric as we have enjoyed bringing this bit of exotic material to you.
